In Loving Memory of Timothy Louis Starr
August 18, 1957 – April 16, 2025

Timothy Louis Starr, age 67, was a kind and humble man who lived a simple life, centered around faith, family, and friendship. Born on August 18, 1957, in Palestine, Texas, he was known for his love of fishing, grilling, and spending time with the people he cared about most—his family and friends, who were truly one and the same.

He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Starr and Tonia Mitchell; the love of his life, Yulonda Starr; and their bonus children, Erika, Thomas, Draven, and Mckayla. He deeply cherished his 13 grandchildren. He also leaves behind his sisters, Ada Victory and Regena Starr.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Timothy and Hazel Starr; sisters, Cynthia Duncan and Vicky Douthit; and dear friends, Richard "Bigen" Norwood and Ronnie Camp.

A proud deacon of Pilgrim Church in Elkhart, Timothy served faithfully for many years alongside David and Randy Camp. He loved God, his family, and his community—and lived every day as a reflection of that love.
