Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Lee Ellzey, age 95, will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Days Chapel Baptist Church in Palestine. A viewing will be held at 10:00 AM and the service will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Elkhart. Mrs. Ellzey passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at her residence.
