Funeral services for Mr. Louis Earl Hicks, 70, of Palestine, Texas will be held Saturday, February 8th at 2PM at Rising Star Baptist Church in Grapeland, Texas with Rev. Michael Thompson officiating. Burial to follow at Lee Washington Cemetery.
