Obituary
Mrs. Linda Davidson McKnight, the first African American registered nurse in Palestine, passed from this life at age 69 on Sunday, May 16, 2021 in a Tyler hospital. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Beulah Baptist Church with burial to follow at Reed Cemetery. Viewing will be Friday, May 21, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the funeral home chapel and on Saturday at the church one hour prior to the 11:00 AM service.
